Everyone I have mentioned this too has said that it is completely disgusting. Except my father in law, who said that he thought it sounded pretty tasty.
The other night I was wanting sweet and savory and cheesy all at once, and made this panini:

Okay, after the initial “That sounds gross,” I actually thought about the combination of flavors. The verdict is that I’d have to try it before making a judgment. Maybe. Or maybe I’ll just judge from the safety of my plate of sushi and cup of sake.
